  My advice is to go to Mog's for a tasty, real Spanish lunch or supper, or a mid-morning coffee or late-afternoon drink.

  Has a nice atmosphere, and you aren't pressurised to leave the restaurant after you have eaten,as well as the fact that they aren't bugging you every 5 mins to buy drinks/food. The owner is a really nice British guy and is really good and tries to be punctual with all customers. The food is spectacular and waiting time is very limited (we were waiting about 15 mins for our meal). Totally recommend visiting and would surely go there again if I visit Mogan.

  But not at Mog's, one of the last bars at the far end of the sea-front at Puerto Mogan. A lovely position to sit and take in the sunshine as you eat your lunch, or sip a drink as you watch the sun go down into the sea.

  Eating out in tourist areas can be tricky, as the food can be a bit dicey. Spaniards trying to provide food for English and German tastes often end up serving stuff that is really not appealing to anybody.

  It's run by a "mixed" couple - he is English, she is Spanish. So you get authentic Spanish food, and proper English translations of the menu - none of that "ironed prawns" or "weak rice" rubbish I've seen elsewhere.
