  As regular visitors to this hotel our visit yesterday will be our last one unfortunately. The waiter Ramon was downright rude and totally unprofessional.

  My girlfriend and I travelled from Stockholm and wanted to have dinner at the place. Its a buffet. We were told we can only stay for 45 minutes, since the hotel is busy that specific night. It made scenes and we were told we can go back tomorrow. When we went back tomorrow, we were told the same thing. we felt very bad and uncomfortable. These all happened at the reception, while the restaurant staff welcomed us, but the lady in the reception was weird. also there was something shady about the price for dinner. We were told higher price at the reception than by the staff in the restaurant.

  Location in this resort can not be beaten. Good quality hotel appropriately priced. Staff very helpful, buffet food better than other comparable hotels I've visited in the Canaries.
